Alison Krauss
Alison Krauss has been a country music star for more than 30 years. Her birthplace was in Decatur, Illinois on the 23rd of July, 1971. She and LeAnn Kymes were two of the youngest recipients of a Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss, born 23rd July 1971, is an American musician and singer. She started working in the music business from a young age. At the age 10 she was a winner in local contests, and then recorded her first album. The year 1987 was when she debuted her first solo album, after being signed to Rounder Records. The album was also a part of the group Alison Krauss Union Station where she is still performing. In 1989, she released her first solo album her first solo album was released in conjunction with the band.
